Please ask as many questions as your heart desires BEFORE you purchase items, because we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
It is very important to me that my customers are happy and satisfied with their Luxury Jones purchase! However, I do not take returns or exchanges for any reason other than if somehow I overlooked damage to the garment that was not pictured or described in the listing. Also, please note: I do not launder every single item before I sell it. I do it on a case by case basis; if I notice something that indicates the garment needs washing, and if the garment is easily cleaned in a washing machine or by basic hand washing, then I will do that.
I do my very best to deliver a desirable product, that is clearly represented with photos and a clear description with precise measurements, but please know that you are purchasing VINTAGE CLOTHING and that automatically means there will be some signs of age and previous wear. At Luxury Jones the word "ViINTAGE" literally equals "I will see signs of wear on the garment", that is the entire definition of vintage it is desirable that it is preowned and if there are signs of pre-ownership. The exceptions would be items that are dead stock or made from scratch by our design team, in which case there may be no signs of wear whatsoever. This is just a disclaimer to notify our beloved clients and customers that signs of wear are desirable to us.
