Fab vintage 80’s strapless ruched ruffle wiggle bombshell party dress

J’adore this totally late 80’s early 90’s figure flattering Dynasty meets the Nanny party dress!! The entire body of the dress is ruched in a black with blue polka dot chiffon, which if you don’t already know, hides ANY & ALL flaws. There’s boning and essentially a bustier built into the strapless bodice. The the cherry on top of the cake is the asymmetrical double layered wire rimmed ruffles that go down the left side, starting at the waist, and continue around the entire hem.
It’s just a really fun and extremely flattering garment, perfect for turning heads at any special event.
It’s fully lined, zips up the back, and in excellent condition- no flaws to note.
